About the Role:
We’re looking for a driven and proactive Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive the top-of-funnel pipeline for the US & European markets. This role is focused primarily on B2B outbound prospecting — identifying ICP accounts, personalizing outreach, engaging decision makers on LinkedIn, cold email, cold calls, and generating qualified meetings for the Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Research, identify, and prioritize target accounts & ICP personas across US/Europe/Middle East/India
Execute multi-channel outbound and engage identified prospects — LinkedIn + Email + Light Calling + Personalized Video
Book qualified meetings for Account Executives
Understand client needs and communicate how our solutions can address them
Maintain structured Zoho CRM hygiene — update prospecting activities, notes & status
Craft hyper-personalized outreach messages based on persona, industry & trigger events
Run short discovery qualification on calls — BANT / MEDDIC lite
Work closely with Marketing on campaign hooks, content angles & sequences
Track weekly/monthly KPIs (meetings booked, pipeline influenced, response rates, etc.)
Continuously learn market, competitor landscape & messaging — especially in SPM/ICM domain
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
Requirements:
2–3 years of SDR/BDR experience in B2B sales focused on US/UK/European markets, especially in a SaaS or tech environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field. MBA or relevant postgraduate degree preferred.
Proven quota attainment in booking meetings / building pipeline
Familiarity with Outreach / Apollo / HubSpot / Zoho / Lusha preferred
Ability to write concise, value-driven outreach copy
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong understanding of the sales cycle and buyer journey
Comfortable speaking to CXOs — especially Sales Ops / Commercial / Finance roles
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
